How long does it typically take to build a new home?
New home builds typically last 4 months, but that can change based on weather, delays to permitting, or material shortages.

What is included in the standard home builder’s warranty?
All homes are warrantied against improper installation or faulty material for a period of one year. The home also carries a 3rd party structural warranty for a period of 10yrs.

Can I customize the floor plans and finishes?
Many of our clients tell us that making selections is one of the most rewarding experiences to building a new home. You have the opportunity to make it your own.

What financing options are available for new home construction?
While we do not handle financing in-house, we are partnered Aaron Blackmon with Atlantic Bay Mortgage company. As our preferred lender, he offers up to $2,500 towards closing costs to qualified buyers. Click here to get started.

How does the home building process work from start to finish?
Starting the homebuilding process with J8ta Industries is easy. With as little as $500 down and a pre-approval letter, you will make the selections, and we will complete the purchase agreement. After that we will go to work building your dream home. About 10 days before closing we will meet for a buyers orientation to inspect the home. If items are discovered to need repair or completion, they will be addressed before the final inspection on the day of closing.
